Atletico And Sporting Lead 11/1 European Accumulator

Bayern have won four of their last five home games, outscoring their opponents by 13 goals to three. Carlo Ancelotti’s men fell short against Koln at the start of October but the Bundesliga champions could send out a statement of intent against Hoffenheim on Saturday afternoon.

The visitors, who have won just two of their last five away fixtures, are fourth in the table but the Bavarians could run riot if they grab an early goal. It would be foolish to back against Robert Lewandowski and co in this one – Bayern to win both halves is well priced at 11/9.

TIP: Bayern to win both halves @ 11/9

Real Sociedad have won each of their last three La Liga home fixtures but they face a stern test against Atletico Madrid this weekend. In fact, the hosts have won just two of their last 12 head-to-heads with the Spanish giants – and it is hard to believe that their fortunes will change on Saturday.

Diego Simeone’s side have been in formidable form as of late, although they were lucky to snatch an injury-time winner in their Champions League clash with FC Rostov earlier in the week. With the likes of Antoine Griezmann upfront, Atletico could create plenty of chances and the Madrid-based side should prosper.

TIP: Atletico to win @ 7/10

Chievo have won just once in their last five league games and it won’t get any easier as they host Juventus on Sunday. The hosts have been involved in some low-scoring affairs this season, with under 2.5 goals in each of the last three Serie A fixtures; this one certainly has the makings of a tight-knit contest.

The defending Serie A champions have been simply sublime so far this season, winning nine of their opening 11 games. Juventus also have a great recent record against Chievo, securing seven victories in eight fixtures – with four clean sheets in the process. For that reason, I’m backing Juve to win to nil at 26/25.

TIP: Juventus to win to nil @ 26/25

Sporting have won just once since September 17th but I fancy the Portuguese giants to get back to winning ways against Arouca this weekend. With 17 goals in just nine games, they haven’t had too much trouble in front of goal – an early goal could see Jorge Jesus’ men cruise to a comfortable victory.

After a decent start to the campaign, Arouca have slipped into the relegation battle. The minnows have scored just six goals so far this season but a one-nil triumph over Maritimo in their most recent encounter could spur them on as they look to build momentum. However, I can’t see Sporting letting Arouca off the hook; this one could get ugly…

TIP: Sporting to be winning at half-time @ 5/9
